“Beer Can Chicken” is a beloved grilling technique, which calls for putting a brewski in a chicken where you’d put the stuffing in a Thanksgiving turkey. It produces delicious crackly skin on the outside, plus extra moisture and taste infusion on the inside.
Granted, it may not be the most gourmet cooking method…until now.
