SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Once an order is placed on our website, please allow 2-4 business days for the order to be processed. All orders should receive an order confirmation notification via email at the completion of the order. A shipping notification will follow after your order is processed containing your orders tracking number. Sometimes our notifications can be labeled as Spam/Junk by your email provider. If you have registered an account with your order all order status information can also be found online within “My Account”
*If you have not received a tracking number, but received confirmation that you order was shipped, please contact immediately for your tracking number.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We usually ship via offering customers First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail services. All of our shipments include tracking. Some items on our site may require a different shipping method such as Fed Ex or UPS. We offer shipping to both domestic and international destinations.
If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through e-mail. Shipping fees are non-refundable after it leaves our warehouse.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
We offer the following Services:
Priority Express Mail: 1-2 day guaranteed service from time of shipment depending on destination.
Priority Mail: This is not a guaranteed service. Estimated 1-3 days from time of shipment depending on destination.
First Class Mail: On smaller orders weighing less than 16oz we offer First Class. This is not a guaranteed service. This will be the cheapest shipping option when available. Estimated 1-5 days from time of shipment depending on destination. No insurance included.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Priority Mail International. 6-10 days from time of shipment depending on destination.
Priority Express International. 3-5 days from time of shipment depending on destination.
*International orders may be subject to Duties, Customs, and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost that may have been incurred with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to us.
**Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
All transit times are estimates. Orders can arrive before or after these estimates. All grievances are the responsibility of the customer and must be handled with directly.
ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES, HOLIDAYS, AND OTHER HIGH VOLUME TIMES
Special circumstances such as national holidays or sales may delay processing times. Although we will do our best to get orders out as soon as possible please allow 3-5 business days in these circumstances. The transit time of shipping for domestic and international orders may also be delayed by up to an additional 14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. (These are some of the specific holidays that you should consider– including, but not limited to: Veteran’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.)

MAIL THEFT/LOST PACKAGES/TAMPERED PACKAGES/RETURNED PACKAGES
It is very important to check your tracking number periodically to spot any potential errors or delivery issues. If you did not receive one, please request one right away, you may email us. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
Our shipping system is automated and ships to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Orders that are returned to us for any reason, including but not limited to: Insufficient Address, Address Typos, or Refusals/Return to Sender are subject to reshipment fees for the order to be reshipped. Reshipment fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a customer chooses to cancel their order on returned shipments all refunds will be in the form of Store Credit. Original cost of shipping paid for the order will be forfeited. In instances where orders utilize “Free Shipping” promotions the cost of shipment for the order will also be forfeited.
RETURN POLICY
If you have purchased an item, you may return it for a store credit. You have 7 days from when your order was received to return the item(s) (i.e. If your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 8th to contact us about making a return).
Prior to returning the item(s) you must contact us and wait for a reply confirmation.
Exchanges are treated as returns. You will receive store credit for your item once your return is processed. The credit can be applied to any size exchange or purchase from the site.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include:
A copy of your original invoice and a copy of the correspondence regarding your return. Please also write your order number visibly on the package.
Please allow 7-10 business days from when it is delivered for your exchange/return to be processed.
All returns are to be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the following address (We are not liable for packages lost in transit; please have a tracking number for your reference and proof):

*If ever you require an exchange or return as a result of an error made by us, such as an incorrect size or style, we will ship the exchange and provide return postage at our cost.
